When you lend your neighbor any kind of loan, you shall not go into his house to get his pledge.
For you have taken a pledge from your brother for nothing, and you have stripped the naked of their clothing.
If you indeed take the clothing of your neighbor as a pledge, you shall return it to him by the going of the sun,
for that is his only covering, that is his garment for his skin. In what shall he lie down? And it shall be, when he cries to Me, I will hear, for I am compassionate.
But opening you shall open your hand to him, and lending you shall lend him enough for his need in that which he lacks.
You shall stand outside, and the man to whom you lend shall bring the security outside to you.
