And Jehoshaphat lived in Jerusalem, and he went out again among the people, from Beer-sheba to the hills of Ephraim, and brought them back to Jehovah the God of their fathers.
And do not let the son of the alien speak, he who joins himself to Jehovah, saying, Separating Jehovah separates me from His people; and not do let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dried up tree.
And also ones serving as soldiers asked him, saying, And we, what shall we do? And he said to them, Do not forcibly extort anyone nor accuse falsely, and be satisfied with your wages.
If there is among you any man who is not clean because of a discharge at night, then he shall go to the outside of the camp; he shall not come in to the middle of the camp.
And you shall certainly keep clear of the devoted things, that you not become accursed by taking from the devoted things, and shall make the camp of Israel become devoted, and trouble it.
And all the sons of Israel went up, even all the people, and came to Beth-el, and wept. And they sat there before Jehovah, and fasted on that day until the evening, and caused burnt offerings and peace offerings to ascend before Jehovah.
