that I will give the rain of your land in its season, the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, and your wine, and your oil.

Then He shall give rain for your seed, with which you sow the ground. And the bread of the produce of the earth also shall be fattened and fat. In that day your livestock shall feed in a pasture made wide.

Among the vanities of the nations are there any who make rain fall? Or can the heavens give showers? Is it not You, O Jehovah our God? Therefore we will wait for You; for You do all these.

And they do not say in their heart, Let us now fear Jehovah our God who gives both the former and the latter rain in its time. He keeps for us the appointed weeks of the harvest.

And I will give them and the places around My hill to be a blessing. And I will bring down the shower in its season, there shall be showers of blessing.

Yea, Jehovah will answer and say to His people, Behold, I am sending you grain, and wine, and oil, and you shall be satisfied with it. And I will no more give you to be among the nations.

If you walk in My statutes, and keep My commandments, and do them,

even I will give you rains in their season, and the land shall give her produce, and the tree of the field shall give its fruit;

And I will rebuke for you the one devouring, and he shall not cause to decay for you the fruit of your ground against you; and not will your vine miscarry for you in the field, says Jehovah of Hosts.

And yet He did not leave Himself without witness, doing good, giving rain and fruitful seasons to us from heaven, filling our hearts with food and gladness.

Jehovah shall open to you His good treasure, the heavens to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

Therefore, brothers, be patient until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer awaits for the precious fruit, being patient over it until it may receive the early and the latter rain.
