And the Chaldeans spoke to the king in Aramaic: O king, live forever! Tell your servants the dream, and we will reveal the meaning.

They again answered and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will reveal its meaning.

They answered and said to Nebuchadnezzar the king, O king, live forever!

Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was stunned for one moment, and his thoughts troubled him. The king answered and said, O Belteshazzar, do not let the dream or its meaning trouble you. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream is to those who hate you, and its meaning is to your enemies.

Then the magicians, the conjurers, the Chaldeans, and those determining came in. And I told the dream before them, but they did not make its meaning known to me.

O Belteshazzar, chief of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in you, and no secret constrains you, speak to me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and its meaning.

The queen came in to the banquet house because of the words of the king and his nobles. The queen answered and said, O king, live forever, do not let your thoughts terrify you, and do not let your face be changed.

Then all the king’s wise men came in. But they could not read the writing or make the meaning known to the king.

Then Daniel spoke with the king, O king, live forever.

Then these presidents and satraps gathered together to the king and thus they said to him, King Darius, live forever.

All the presidents of the kingdom, the prefects, and the satraps, the officials and the governors, have planned together to lift up a royal statute, and to make a firm decree, that whoever shall ask a petition of any god or man for thirty days, except from you, O king, he shall be thrown into the den of lions.

And the crowd, the ones going before and the ones following, were crying out, saying, Hosanna to the Son of David! “Blessed is He coming in the name of the Lord”! Hosanna in the highest! Psa. 118:26

And Samuel said to all the people, Do you see him whom Jehovah has chosen, for none is like him among all the people? And all the people shouted and said, Let the king live!
