King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And it happened the guardian took away their food and the wine that they were to drink, and he gave them vegetables.

And Daniel said to the guardian, whom the chief of the eunuchs had set over Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah,

Please, test your servants ten days. And let some of the vegetables be given to us that we may eat, and water that we may drink.
