For I want you to know how great a struggle I have concerning you, and those in Laodicea, and as many as have not seen my face in the flesh,

whom having not known, you love; in whom not yet seeing, but believing, you exult with joy unspeakable and being glorified,

saying, I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last; also, What you see, write in a book, and send to the seven assemblies of Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamos, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.
