Therefore sharp contention happened, so as to be separated them from each other. And taking Mark, Barnabas sailed away to Cyprus.

But in those days, the disciples having multiplied, a murmuring of the Hellenists toward the Hebrews occurred, because their widows were being overlooked in the daily serving.

Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets you, also Mark the nephew of Barnabas, about whom you received orders. If he comes to you, receive him.

For we all stumble in many ways. If any one does not stumble in word, this one is a mature man, able also to bridle the whole body.

Greets you the fellow-elected sister assembly in Babylon; also Mark my son.
