John going before to proclaim before the face of His entrance a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God,

And you, child, will be called Prophet of the Most High, for you will go before the face of the Lord to prepare His ways, Mal. 3:1

beginning from the baptism of John until the day when He was taken up from us, for one of these to become a witness of His resurrection with us.

You know the thing that happened throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John proclaimed,
