And again a voice came to him a second time, What things God made clean, you do not make common.

It is not the thing entering into the mouth that defiles the man, but the thing coming forth out of the mouth, this defiles the man.

This is because it does not enter into his heart, but into the belly, and goes out into the latrine, purging all the foods.

And this happened three times, and the vessel was taken up into the heaven again.

And he said to them, You know how unlawful it is for a man, a Jew, to unite with or to come near to one of another nation. Yet God showed to me not to call a man, not one, common or unclean.

But a voice answered me the second time out of the heaven, What things God made clean, you must not make common.

but to write to them to hold back from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from the strangled thing, and blood.

To hold back from idol sacrifices, and from blood, and from the strangled thing, and from fornication; from which carefully keeping yourselves, you will do well. Farewell.

And He distinguished in nothing between both us and them, having purified their hearts by faith.

I know and have been persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing by itself is common; except to the one deeming anything to be common, it is common.

Do not for the sake of your food tear down the work of God. Truly, all things are clean, but it is bad to the man who eats through a stumbling block.

Eat everything being sold in a meat market, examining nothing because of conscience,

Truly, all things are pure to the pure, but to the ones being defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure, but even their mind and conscience has been defiled.

And the winepress was trodden outside the city, and blood went out of the winepress as far as the bridles of the horses, from a thousand six hundred stadia.
