And Lot said to them, Lord, please, no!

Not so! You and the men go now. Serve Jehovah, for you were seeking it. And he drove them out from the face of Pharaoh.

And I said, Ah, Lord Jehovah! Behold, my soul has not been defiled. I have not even eaten a carcass or a torn animal, from my youth, and until now, And unclean flesh has not come into my mouth.

The priests shall not eat of every corpse and torn thing, of birds, or of beasts.

And you shall make a difference between the clean animals and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean. And you shall not defile yourself by beast or by fowl, or by anything which swarms the ground, which I have set apart to you as unclean;

It is not the thing entering into the mouth that defiles the man, but the thing coming forth out of the mouth, this defiles the man.

And having taken Him near, Peter began to rebuke Him, saying, God be gracious to You, Lord; this shall not be to You, not ever

But the prudent ones answered, saying, No, lest there not be enough for us and you. But rather, go to those who sell and buy for yourselves.

And behold, coming up, a leper worshiped Him, saying, Lord, If You will, You are able to cleanse me.

And seeing some of His disciples eating bread with unclean, that is unwashed hands, they found fault.

And his mother answered, saying, Not so, but he shall be called John.

The woman said to Him, Sir, You have no thing to draw with. From where, then, do You have living water?

And a voice came to him, Rise up, Peter, slay and eat.

And he said to them, You know how unlawful it is for a man, a Jew, to unite with or to come near to one of another nation. Yet God showed to me not to call a man, not one, common or unclean.

And I answered, Who are you, Sir? And He said to me, I am Jesus the Nazarene whom you persecute.

And he said, Sir, who are You? And the Lord said, I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting; it is hard for you to kick against the goads.
