The Lord of the promise is not slow, as some deem slowness, but is long-suffering toward us, not purposing any to perish, but all to turn one’s self to repentance.
And Jehovah would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. And he would return to the camp. And his attendant, Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, did not leave the middle of the tabernacle.
And therefore Jehovah waits to be gracious to you. And for this He is exalted to have mercy on you; for Jehovah is a God of judgment. Blessed are all who wait for Him.
