And it happened that one was making the beam to fall, and the iron fell into the water. And he cried out and said, Alas, my lord! For it was borrowed.

And the king of Israel said, Alas, that Jehovah has called these three kings to deliver them into the hand of Moab!

And she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and repay your debt. And you and your sons shall live from the rest.

And the servant of the man of God rose up early and went out. And, behold, an army was surrounding the city, and horses and chariots. And his young man said to him, Alas, my lord! What shall we do?

And he went with them. And they came to the Jordan, and cut down trees.

And the man of God said, Where did it fall? And he made him see the place. And he cut a stick and threw it in there, and made the iron float.

The wicked one borrows and never repays, but the righteous one is gracious and giving.

If the iron is blunt, and he does not whet the faces, even he must add more strength; it must be strong. But wisdom is an advantage giving success.

And He shall cut down the thickets of the forest with iron, and Lebanon shall fall by a mighty One.

standing from afar because of the fear of her torment, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, Babylon, the strong city! For in one hour your judgment came.

and saying, Woe! Woe to the great city having been clothed in fine linen and purple and scarlet, and having been adorned with gold and precious stone, and pearls!

And they threw dust on their heads, and cried out, weeping and mourning, saying, Woe! Woe to the great city, by which all the ones having ships in the sea were rich, from her costliness, because in one hour she was laid waste.
