because your heart was tender, and you have bowed before Jehovah when you heard what I spoke against this place, and against the ones living in it, to become a desolation and a curse, and have torn your clothes, and have wept before Me; even also I have heard, a statement of Jehovah.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise.

Have you seen that Ahab has been humbled before Me? Because he was humbled before Me, I will not bring the evil in his days. I will bring the evil on his house in the days of his son.

For so says the One being high and being lifted up, He who inhabits eternity, and Holy is His name: I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite one and the humble of spirit, to make live the spirit of the humble ones and to make live the heart of the contrite ones.

even I will give this house to be like Shiloh, and will make this city to be a curse to all the nations of the earth.

And My hand has made all these things, even all these things exist, a statement of Jehovah. But I will look toward this one, to the afflicted one, and to the contrite of spirit, even trembling at My Word.

And all the sons of Israel went up, even all the people, and came to Beth-el, and wept. And they sat there before Jehovah, and fasted on that day until the evening, and caused burnt offerings and peace offerings to ascend before Jehovah.

the whole land shall be burned with brimstone and salt; it shall not be sown, nor shall it sprout; nor shall any herb come up in it. It shall be like the overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboim, which Jehovah overthrew in His anger and in His fury.

And Jehovah said to him, Pass through in the midst of the city, in the midst of Jerusalem, and mark a mark on the foreheads of the men who are groaning and are mourning over all the disgusting things that are done in her midst.

And the king and all his servants who heard these words were not afraid, nor did they tear their garments.

And you shall speak this Word to them: Let my eyes run down with tears night and day, and do not let them cease. For the virgin daughter of my people is broken with a great break, with a very grievous blow.

But if you will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride. And my eye shall bitterly weep and run down with tears, because the flock of Jehovah was captured.

Oh, that my head were waters and my eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!

Listen to Me, mighty ones of heart who are far from righteousness:

Channels of waters go down from my eyes, for they do not keep Your Law.

My flesh has shivered because of Your fear; and I have feared Your judgments.

And Nehemiah the governor, and Ezra the priest, the scribe, and the Levites who made the people to understand, to all the people, This day is holy to Jehovah your God. Do not mourn or weep, For all the people were weeping when they heard the words of the Law.

And, behold! A man of the sons of Israel came and brought in to his brothers a woman of Midian, before the eyes of Moses and before the eyes of all the congregation of the sons of Israel weeping at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

Because your heart is tender, and you were humbled before God when you heard His words on this place, and on the those living in it, and were humbled before Me, and have torn your garments and wept before Me; I have even heard also, a statement of Jehovah.

And Hezekiah was humbled for the pride of his heart, he and those living in Jerusalem, but the wrath of Jehovah did not come on them in the days of Hezekiah.

Then You shall be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole offering; then they shall make go up bulls on Your altar.

And Micaiah declared to them all the words that he had heard when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people.
