Having many things to write to you, I do not intend to speak by means of paper and ink, but I am hoping to come to you, and to speak mouth to mouth, that our joy may be full.

I speak to him mouth to mouth, and by an appearance, and not in riddles; and he looks upon the form of Jehovah. So why have you not been afraid to speak against My servant, against Moses?

I have spoken these things to you that My joy may abide in you, and your joy may be made full.

I have yet many things to tell you, but you are not able to bear them now.

Until now you asked nothing in My name; ask, and you will receive, so that your joy may be filled.

And now I am coming to You, and I speak these things in the world, that they may have My joy having been fulfilled in them.

The one having the bride is the bridegroom. But the friend of the bridegroom, standing and hearing him, rejoices with joy because of the bridegroom’s voice. Then this my joy has been fulfilled.

when ever I may go into Spain, I will come to you; for I hope in traveling through to see you and to be set forward there by you, if first I may be filled of you in part.

longing to see you, being reminded of your tears, that I may be filled with joy,

But at once prepare lodging for me; for I hope that through your prayers I shall be given to you.

But I even more urge you to do this that I may sooner be restored to you.

You know the brother, Timothy, having been freed, with whom if he comes quickly, I will see you.

And we write these things to you, that your joy may be full.

Because of this, if I come, I will recall his works which he does, slandering us with evil words. And not being satisfied with these, neither does he receive the brothers; and the ones purposing it he stops, and thrusts them out from the assembly.
