Jehoahaz was a son of twenty three years when he began to reign, and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.
And the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah and made him reign instead of his father in Jerusalem.
And the king of Egypt removed him in Jerusalem, and fined the land a hundred talents of silver, and a talent of gold.
Woe to you, O land, when your king is a boy, and your leaders eat in the morning.
