Purposes are established in counsel; yea, make war with wise guidance.

For you shall make war for yourself by wise advice, and deliverance is in the great Counselor.

Who has meted out the Spirit of Jehovah, or a man His counsel taught Him?

Draw water of the siege for yourself! Strengthen your fortifications! Go into the clay and tread in the mortar! Make the mold strong!

“For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who came to be His counselor?” Isa. 40:13
