King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And Jehovah sent an angel, and cut off every mighty one of strength, both the ruler and the officer, in the camp of the king of Assyria; and he returned with shame of face to his land. And he entered the house of his god, and those out of his bowels caused him to fall there by the sword.

And instantly an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give the glory to God. And having been eaten of worms, he breathed out his soul.

My God has sent His angel, and He has shut the mouths of the lions. And they have not harmed me, because in His sight innocence was found in me. And also before you, O king, I have done no harm.

I will clothe His enemies with shame, but His crown shall flourish upon Him.

He shall cut off the spirit in rulers; He is terrible to the kings of the earth.

You, even You, are to be feared; and, Who can stand before You when You are angry?

magnifying salvations to His king, and working mercy to His anointed, to David and to his Seed forever.

He is wise in heart and mighty in strength; who has been hard against Him and been at peace?

And Isaiah the son of Amoz sent to Hezekiah, saying, So says Jehovah, the God of Israel, I have heard that which you have prayed to Me regarding Sennacherib the king of Assyria:

And the angel put forth his hand to Jerusalem, to destroy it. And Jehovah had pity as to the evil, and said to the angel who was destroying among the people, Enough! Now drop your hand. And the angel of Jehovah was near the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.

Nebuchadnezzar answered and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who has sent His Angel and has delivered His servants who trusted in Him, and have changed the king’s words, and have given their bodies that they might not serve and not do homage to any god except their own God.

And Hezekiah the king and Isaiah the son of Amoz, the prophet, prayed about this, and they cried to Heaven.

And Jehovah saved Hezekiah and the people of Jerusalem from the hand of Sennacherib the king of Assyria, and from the hand of all; and He led them on every side.

My reproach is before me all the day; yea, the shame of my face covers me,

By Your rebuke, O God of Jacob, both the horse and chariot are fast asleep.

to break Assyria in My land, and trample him on My mountains, and his yoke shall depart from them, and his burden shall depart from his shoulders.

Inquire now of Jehovah for us. For Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon is warring against us. Perhaps Jehovah will do with us according to all His wonderful works, that he may go up from us.
