And these are the last words of David, a saying of David the son of Jesse, and a statement of the man raised on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet singer of Israel:
And David and all the house of Israel were dancing before Jehovah with all instruments of fir wood, with lyres and with harps, and with tambourines, and with sistra, and with cymbals.
And the servants of Achish said to him, Is this not David the king of the land? Is it not of this one they sang in dances, saying, Saul killed his thousands, and David his myriads?
