And Jonathan struck the garrison of the Philistines in Geba. And the Philistines heard. And Saul blew with the rams’ horn throughout all the land, saying, Let the Hebrews hear.

And Joab blew the rams’ horn. And all the people stood still, and did not still pursue after Israel; and not did they still fight again.

Afterward you will come to the hill of God where there is a garrison of the Philistines. And it will happen as you come there to the city even you will meet a band of prophets going down from the high place; and before them will be a harp, and a tambourine, and a flute, and a lyre. And they will be prophesying.

And Saul and his son Jonathan, and the people who were found with them, were dwelling in Gibeah of Benjamin; and the Philistines pitched in Michmash.
