And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it on his son Isaac; and he took the fire and the knife in his hand. and the two went together.

He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their sorrows.

For my iniquities have passed over my head; as a heavy burden too heavy for me.

Then he released Barabbas to them. But having scourged Jesus, he gave Him over that He might be crucified.

For I say to you, If your righteousness shall not exceed that of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall not enter into the kingdom of God, not ever!

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me. Because of this He anointed Me to proclaim the gospel to the poor ones; He has sent Me” to heal those being broken in heart, “to proclaim freedom to captives, and to the blind ones to see again,” to send away in freedom the ones being crushed,

On the next day, John sees Jesus coming toward him and said, Behold! The Lamb of God, the One taking away the sin of the world!

Therefore, then, Pilate took Jesus and scourged Him.

but in every nation the one fearing Him and working righteousness is acceptable to Him.

And we are witnesses of all things which He did, both in the country of the Jews, and in Jerusalem, whom they killed, hanging Him on a tree.

And when they finished all the things having been written concerning Him, taking Him down from the tree, they laid Him in a tomb.

The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom you seized, hanging Him on a tree.

So also you count yourselves to be truly dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Neither present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as one living from the dead, and your members instruments of righteousness to God.

Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves as slaves for obedience, you are slaves to whom you obey, whether of sin to death, or obedience to righteousness?

Let it not be! We who died to sin, how shall we still live in it?

But now having been set free from sin, and having been enslaved to God, you have your fruit unto sanctification, and the end everlasting life.

For the one having died has been justified from sin.

But now we have been set free from the Law, having died to that in which we were held, so as for us to serve in newness of spirit, and not in oldness of letter.

For I gave over to you among the first things what I also received, that Christ died in behalf of our sins, according to the Scriptures,

Because of this, “come out from among them” “and be separated,” says the Lord, “and do not touch the unclean thing,” and I will receive you. Isa. 52:11

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us; for it is written, “Accursed is everyone having been hung on a tree;” Deut. 21:23

For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,

being filled with fruits of righteousness, the ones through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

blotting out the handwriting in the ordinances against us, which was contrary to us, even He has taken it out of the midst, nailing it to the cross;

If, then, you died with Christ from the elements of the world, why are you under its decrees, as living in the world?

For you died, and your life has been hidden with Christ in God.

by which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body, of Jesus Christ once for all.

Therefore, coming into the world, He says, “Sacrifice and offering You did not will, but You prepared a body for Me.

“and make straight tracks for your feet,” that the lame one not be turned aside, but rather healed. Isa. 35:3; Prov. 4:26

For such a High Priest was fitting for us: holy, guileless, undefiled, and having been separated from sinners, and having become higher than the heavens;

so Christ having been once offered “to bear the sins of many,” Christ shall appear a second time without sin to the ones eagerly awaiting Him unto salvation. Isa. 53:12

Confess to one another the deviations from the Law, and pray for one another, that you may be healed; being very strong, the prayer of a righteous one works effectually.

If you know that He is righteous, know that every one doing righteousness has been generated from Him.

Little children, let no one lead you astray; the one practicing righteousness is righteous, even as that One is righteous.

In the midst of its street and of the river, from here and from there, was a tree of life producing twelve fruits: according to one month each yielding its fruit. And the leaves of the tree were for healing of the nations.
