And the priests brought in the ark of the covenant of Jehovah to its place, to the innermost room, into the Holy of Holies, to the place of the wings of the cherubs;
And they brought the ark of Jehovah in, and set it up in its place, in the midst of the tent that David had pitched for it. And David caused burnt offerings to be offered before Jehovah, and peace offerings.
And David rose up and went, and all the people with him, from Baal-judah, to bring up the ark of God from there which is called by the Name, the Name of Jehovah of Hosts, who dwells above the cherubs.
And he built the twenty cubits on the back part of the house with boards of cedar, from the floor to the walls. And he built for it inside, for the innermost room, for the Holy of Holies.
And he set the cherubs in the middle of the inner house. And they spread out the wings of the cherubs. And the wing of the one touched the wall; and the wing of the second touched the second wall; and their wings were to the middle of the house, coming wing against wing.
and brought up the ark of Jehovah, and the tabernacle of the congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the tabernacle, even those the priests and the Levites brought.
Now give your heart and your soul to seek to Jehovah your God, and rise up and build the sanctuary of Jehovah God, to bring in the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, and the holy vessels of God, to the house that is to be built in the name of Jehovah.
And the priests brought in the ark of the Covenant of Jehovah to its place, to the sanctuary of the house, to the Holy of Holies, beneath the wings of the cherubs;

And the cherubs were spreading out wings above, covering the mercy seat with their wings, their faces each man toward the other; the faces of the cherubs were toward the mercy seat.
O Jehovah of Hosts, God of Israel, who dwells between the cherubs, You are He, God, You alone to all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made the heavens and the earth.
And the people sent to Shiloh, and they took from there the ark of the covenant of Jehovah of Hosts, who dwells between the cherubs. And the two sons of Eli were there with the ark of the covenant of God, Hophni and Phinehas.
