But will God in truth dwell on the earth? Behold, the heavens and heaven of the heavens cannot contain You; how much less this house which I have built!
But who has strength to enclose a house for Him, since the heavens and heaven of heavens cannot contain Him? And who am I that I should build Him a house, except to cause to go up incense before Him?
For is it true that God shall dwell with men on the earth? Behold, the heavens, and the heaven of heavens, do not contain You. How much less this house that I have built!
So says Jehovah: Heaven is My throne, and earth the footstool of My feet. Where then is the house that you build for Me? And where then is the place of My rest?
And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us. And we beheld His glory, glory as of an only begotten One from the Father, full of grace and of truth.
I know a man in Christ fourteen years before-whether in the body, I do not know, or out of the body, I do not know, God knows-such a one was caught up to the third Heaven.
And what agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God, even as God said, “I will” dwell in them and “walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” Lev. 26:12; Ezek. 37:27
See what manner of love the Father has given us, that we may be called children of God. Because of this the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
