King James 3 - The Literal Traslation

And Solomon loved Jehovah, to walk in the statutes of his father David. Only, he was sacrificing in high places and burning incense.

But I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand, but I will make him one lifted up all the days of his life, for My servant David’s sake, whom I chose, because he kept My commands and My statutes.

And it shall be, if you shall hear all that I command you, and shall walk in My ways, and do that which is right in My eyes, to keep My statutes and My commands, as My servant David did, then I shall be with you and shall build a sure house for you, as I built for David, and shall give Israel to you.

And it happened, at the time Solomon was old, his wives turned away his heart after other gods, and his heart was not perfect with Jehovah his God, like the heart of his father David.

and Solomon did evil in the sight of Jehovah, and did not go fully after Jehovah like his father David.

And they built, they also, high places for themselves, and standing pillars, and Asherahs on every high hill, and under every luxuriant tree.

and have torn the kingdom from the house of David, and have given it to you, and you have not been as My servant David who kept My commandments, and who walked after Me with all his heart, to do only that which is right in My eyes;

And Asa did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah, like his father David.

But they did not remove the high places. Only the heart of Asa was perfect with Jehovah all the days.

And he walked in all the sins of his father, those that he did before him, and his heart was not perfect with Jehovah his God, as was the heart of his father David.

For David did that which is right in the eyes of Jehovah, and did not turn aside from all that He commanded him all the days of his life, except in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.

And he walked in all the ways of his father Asa. He did not turn aside from it, doing right in the eyes of Jehovah. Only, the high places were not taken away; the people offered and burned incense yet in the high places.

And Jehoshaphat made peace with the king of Israel.

And if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My commands, as your father David walked, then I will prolong your days.

And Solomon said, You have done great kindness to Your servant, my father David, as he walked before You in truth and in righteousness and in uprightness of heart with You. And You have kept for him this great kindness, and have given to him a son sitting on his throne, as today.

And now, Jehovah, God of Israel, keep for Your servant David, my father, that which You spoke to him, saying, There shall not be cut off from you a man from before Me, sitting on the throne of Israel; only, if your sons watch their way, to walk before Me as you have walked before Me.

Let your heart therefore be perfect with Jehovah our God, to walk in His statutes, and to keep His commandments, as at this day.

And you, if you walk before me as your father David walked, in singleness of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, you shall keep My statutes and My judgments;

only, the high places were not removed; the people still sacrificed and offered incense in high places.

And Joash said to the priests, All the silver of the devoted things that is brought into the house of Jehovah, the silver coming over, each man the silver of the value of the soul, all the silver that comes upon any man’s heart to bring into the house of Jehovah,

And he did the right in the eyes of Jehovah, but not like his father David; he did according to all that his father Joash did;

however, the high places were not removed; the people still sacrificed and offered in the high places.

And when you say to me, We have trusted to Jehovah our God, is it not He whose high places and whose altars Hezekiah has removed, and has said to Judah and to Jerusalem, Before this altar you shall bow yourselves in Jerusalem?

he took away the high places, and broke in pieces the pillars, and cut down the Asherah, and beat to bits the bronze serpent that Moses made (for in those days it was that the sons of Israel burned sacrifices to it) and he called it Nehushtan.

Yet the high places were not removed from Israel. Only, the heart of Asa was peaceful all his days.

Jehovah watches over all who love Him, but He destroys all the wicked ones.

O love Jehovah, all His godly ones; Jehovah preserves those being faithful, and He abundantly repays the doer of pride.

so that the sons of Israel shall bring in their sacrifices which they are sacrificing in the open field to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, to the priest, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of peace offerings to Jehovah.

And Jesus said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” Deut. 6:5

If you love Me, keep My commandments.

the one having My commandments and keeping them, that one is the one loving Me; and the one loving Me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and will reveal Myself to him.

But we know that to the ones loving God all things work together for good, to the ones being called out ones according to purpose;

But if anyone loves God, this one has been known by Him.

And now, Israel, what has Jehovah your God asked of you, except to fear Jehovah your God, to walk in all His ways, and to love Him, and to serve Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul;

to keep the commandments of Jehovah, and His statutes which I am commanding you today, for your good.

And it shall be, if listening you will listen to My commands which I command you today, to love Jehovah your God, and to serve Him with all your heart, and with all your soul,

in that I am commanding you today to love Jehovah your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commands and His statutes, and His judgments, and you shall live and multiply, and Jehovah your God shall bless you in the land where you are going in, to possess it.

to love Jehovah your God, to listen to His voice, and to cling to Him. For He is your life, and the length of your days so that you may live in the land which Jehovah has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give it to them.

And Jehovah your God will circumcise your heart, and the heart of your seed, to love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, that you may live.

And you shall love Jehovah your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.

Blessed is the man who endures temptation, because, becoming approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord promised to the ones loving Him.

Hear, my beloved brothers, did not God choose the poor ones of this world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to the ones loving Him?

And they answered them and said, He is. See, he is before you. Hurry now, for today he will come into the city, for the people have a sacrifice in the high place.
