And she said, Let Abishag the Shunammite be given to your brother Adonijah for a wife.

And they sought out a beautiful young woman in all the border of Israel. And they found Abishag the Shunammite, and brought her in to the king.

And the young woman was exceedingly beautiful, and she was a nurse to the king and served him. But the king did not know her.
