You made the earth tremble; You tore it; heal its breaks, for it is quaking.

If you have been foolish in lifting yourself up, or if you plot evil, lay your hand on your mouth!

You have also seen the breaks in the city of David, that they are many; and you gathered the waters of the lower pool.

Jehovah, Your hand is high; they do not see; they see and are ashamed of the zeal of the people. Yea, the fire of Your adversaries devour them.

You have not gone up into the breaks, and wall up a wall around the house of Israel, that it might stand in the battle, in the day of Jehovah.

In that day I will raise up the booth of David that has fallen, and I will wall up its breaks. And I will raise up its ruins, and I will build it as the days of old;
