For admonishing I admonished your fathers in the day I brought them up out of the land of Egypt, to this day rising early and admonishing, saying, Hear My voice.
For our glorying is this, the testimony of our conscience, that we had our conduct in the world in simplicity and sincerity of God, not in fleshly wisdom, but in the grace of God, and especially toward you.
Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as beside myself) I being beyond them: in labors, more abundantly; in stripes, beyond measure; in prisons, much more; in deaths, many times.
But thanks be to God, the One always leading us in triumph in Christ, and the One revealing through us the fragrance of the knowledge of Him in every place.
