And these are the names of the sons of Gershon: Libni and Shimei.

Of the Gershonites: Laadan and Shimei.

The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

And the sons of Kohath: Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

Praise Jah! Praise the name of Jehovah; sing praise, servants of Jehovah;

To the chief musician. On Gittith. Of Asaph. Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob.

The sons of Gershon: Libni, and Shimei, by their families.

And these are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei.

Of Gershon is the Libnite family, and the Shimite family. These were the families of the Gershonites.
