and Azariah fathered Seraiah, and Seraiah fathered Jehozadak,

And the chief of the executioners took Seraiah the head priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three keepers of the gate;

and Shallum fathered Hilkiah, and Hilkiah fathered Azariah,

and Jehozadak went away when Jehovah exiled Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

And after these things, in the reign of Artaxerxes the king of Persia, Ezra the son of Seraiah, the son of Azariah, the son of Hilkiah,

Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraiah, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of the house of God.

And the chief of the executioners took Seraiah the head priest, and Zephaniah the second priest, and the three doorkeepers.

And take silver and gold, and make a crown, and set it on the head of Joshua, the son of Jehozadak, the high priest.
