The fifth for the fifth month was chief Shamhuth the Izrahite; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.

Shammah of Harodite; Elika of Harod;

Shammoth the Harorite, Helez the Pelonite,

Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons were for the outward business over Israel, for officers and for judges.

The fourth for the fourth month was Asahel the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son after him; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.

The sixth for the sixth month was Ira the son of Ikkesh of Tekoa; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.
