To him who divided the Red sea into parts: for his mercy endures forever:

You did divide the sea by your strength: you broke the heads of the serpents in the waters.

He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand up as a heap.

But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.

By faith they passed through the Red sea as on dry land: which the Egyptians attempting to do were drowned.
