For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what a man has, and not according to what he has not.

There are many plans in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

The fear of the LORD leads to life: and he that has it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.
