And having this confidence, I know that I shall abide and continue with you all for your furtherance and joy of faith;
God has spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and measure out the valley of Succoth.
But I have prayed for you, that your faith fail not: and when you have returned, strengthen your brethren.

Not that we have dominion over your faith, but are helpers of your joy: for by faith you stand.
Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you.
But I trust in the Lord that I also myself shall come shortly.
At the same time prepare me also a lodging: for I trust that through your prayers I shall be given unto you.
Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:
