Suppose you that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:

Then I cut asunder my other staff, even Unity, that I might break the brotherhood between Judah and Israel.

I am come to send fire on the earth; and would that it were already kindled?

For from now on there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.

And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, and had much dispute among themselves.
