And the king said to Absalom, Nay, my son, let us not all now go, lest we be chargeable unto you. And he pressed him: however he would not go, but blessed him.
And they sat down, and did eat and drink both of them together: for the young woman’s father had said unto the man, Be content, I pray you, and tarry all night, and let your heart be merry.
And he arose early in the morning on the fifth day to depart: and the young woman’s father said, Refresh your heart, I pray you. And they tarried until afternoon, and they did eat both of them.
