Behold even to the moon, and it shines not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.
Man that is born of a woman is of few days, and full of trouble.
Behold, he puts no trust in his holy ones; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.
If I beheld the sun when it shined, or the moon moving in brightness;
Behold, he put no trust in his servants; and his angels he charged with folly:
I know it is so of a truth: but how should man be just before God?
With the pure you will show yourself pure; and with the devious you will show yourself shrewd.
Then the moon shall be confounded, and the sun ashamed, when the LORD of hosts shall reign in mount Zion, and in Jerusalem, and before his elders gloriously.
For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excels.
