What you know, the same do I know also: I am not inferior unto you.

Then answered Eliphaz the Temanite, and said,

Should he reason with unprofitable talk? or with speeches with which he can do no good?

Do you intend to reprove words, and the speeches of one that is desperate, which are as wind?

How long will you speak these things? and how long shall the words of your mouth be like a strong wind?

The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.

As he came forth of his mother's womb, naked shall he return to go as he came, and shall take nothing from his labor, which he may carry away in his hand.

Ephraim feeds on wind, and follows after the east wind: he daily increases lies and desolation; and they do make a covenant with the Assyrians, and oil is carried into Egypt.

The LORD has also a controversy with Judah, and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his deeds will he recompense him.

Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good life his works with meekness of wisdom.
