Murmur not one against another, brethren, lest you be judged: behold, the judge stands before the door.

You shall not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD.

Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaks evil of his brother, and judges his brother, speaks evil of the law, and judges the law: but if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.

So likewise you, when you shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Practice hospitality one to another without grudging.

If you do well, shall you not be accepted? and if you do not well, sin lies at the door. And you shall be its desire, and you must rule over it.

Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.

Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the living and the dead.

For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages are come.

So you in like manner, when you shall see these things come to pass, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Every man according as he purposes in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loves a cheerful giver.

Therefore Herodias had a quarrel against him, and would have killed him; but she could not:

Let them wander up and down for food, and growl if they are not satisfied.

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hears my voice, and opens the door, I will come in to him, and will eat with him, and he with me.

The time has come, the day draws near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all their multitude.

There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who are you that judge another?

Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and has long patience for it, until he receives the early and latter rain.

Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.
