And see among the captives a beautiful woman, and have a desire unto her, that you would have her to be your wife;

And his soul clung unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob, and he loved the damsel, and spoke kindly unto the damsel.

And Hamor spoke with them, saying, The soul of my son Shechem longs for your daughter: I pray you give her to him for a wife.

That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that fears the LORD, she shall be praised.

Lust not after her beauty in your heart; neither let her allure you with her eyelids.

But all the young girls, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

When you go forth to war against your enemies, and the LORD your God has delivered them into your hands, and you have taken them captive,

Then you shall bring her home to your house; and she shall shave her head, and trim her nails;
