But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spoke against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

But the Jews stirred up the devout and honorable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them out of their district.

And there came there certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and, having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead.

But the unbelieving Jews stirred up the Gentiles, and made their minds embittered against the brethren.

And when there was an assault made both of the Gentiles, and also of the Jews with their rulers, to use them despitefully, and to stone them,

But when the Jews of Thessalonica had knowledge that the word of God was preached by Paul at Berea, they came there also, and stirred up the people.

But when some were hardened, and believed not, but spoke evil of that way before the multitude, he departed from them, and separated the disciples, arguing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.

And they are informed of you, that you teach all the Jews who are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.

And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.

And the Jews also assented, saying that these things were so.

Then the high priest and the chief of the Jews informed him against Paul, and urged him,

And when he was come, the Jews who came down from Jerusalem stood round about, and laid many serious complaints against Paul, which they could not prove.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.

And after many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:

Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then is the offense of the cross ceased.

Therefore I desire that you faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.

Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, who delivered us from the wrath to come.

And with all deception of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

But that which bears thorns and briars is worthless, and is near unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he that is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
