For a servant when he shall reign; and the foolish one when he shall be filled with bread;

Delight is not becoming to the foolish one; much less for a servant to rule over chiefs.

I saw servants upon horses, and chiefs going as servants upon the earth.

A poor man oppressing the poor, a sweeping rain and no bread.

And he will bring him down, and behold them spread out upon the face of all the earth, eating and drinking and keeping a festival, for all the great spoil which they took from the land of the rovers, and from the land of Judah.
