And it was the preparation of the pascha, and about the sixth hour: and he says to the Jews, Behold your King!

And from the sixth hour, darkness was upon all the earth, even to the ninth hour.

And in the morrow, which is after the preparation, the chief priests and the Pharisees were gathered together to Pilate

And it was the third hour, and they crucified him:

And being already evening, for it was the preparation, which is before sabbath,

And it was about the sixth hour, and darkness was upon all the earth till the ninth hour.

And the day was the preparation, and the sabbath shone forth.

And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they gave him blows with a rod.

There, therefore, on account of the Jews' preparation, because the tomb was near, they laid Jesus.

Then went forth Jesus without, bearing a crown of thorns, and a purple garment. And he says to them, Behold the man!
