Remember now, who perished, he being innocent? and where were the upright cut off?
I was a youth, also I grew old, and I saw not the just one forsaken and his seed seeking bread.
The Lord knows to deliver the religious out of temptation, and to keep the unjust restrained for the day of judgment;
He will not take off his eyes from the just: and with kings upon the throne, and he will seat them for glory, and they shall be exalted.
And when the foreigners saw the wild beast hanging on his hand, they said to one another, This man is altogether a murderer, whom, saved from the sea, vengeance suffered not to live.
Behold, God will not reject the blameless one, and he will not take hold upon the hand of those doing evil:
I saw all in the days of my vanity: there is a just one perishing in his justice, and there is an unjust one, being prolonged in his evil.
He will not save alive the unjust one, and he will give the judgment of the poor.
