And a word shall be brought to me by stealth, and mine ear will take a transient sound from it

Behold these the ends of his ways; how transient a sound of the word was heard in him! and the thunder of his might who shall understand?

For now we see by a mirror in an enigma; then face to face: now I know by parts; and then shall I know as I was known.

Once God spake; twice I heard this; that strength is to God.

In a dream, in a vision of the night, in the falling of deep sleep upon men, in slumbers upon the bed;
