He treasured up deliverance for the upright: a shield to those going in uprightness:

Having purified your souls in the hearing of the truth by the Spirit to unfeigned brotherly love, out of pure hearts love ye one another cordially:

Fear is not in love; but perfected love casts out fear: for fear has restraint. And he fearing has not been perfected in love.
