Away went Mary of Magdala to the disciples with the news, "I have seen the Lord!" — telling them what he had said to her.
(It was Mary of Magdala, Joanna, and Mary the mother of James who with the rest of the women told this to the apostles.)
then Jesus said to them, "Have no fear! Go and tell my brothers to leave for Galilee; they shall see me there."
On the first day of the week Mary of Magdala went early to the tomb, when it was still dark; but as she saw the boulder had been removed from the tomb,
including Mary of Magdala, Mary the mother of James and Joseph, and the mother of the sons of Zebedaeus.
Now beside the cross of Jesus stood his mother and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary of Magdala.
