Now the people who were with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead, testified to it;

To these facts we bear witness, with the holy Spirit which God has given to those who obey him."

from the baptism of John down to the day when he was taken up from us — of these men one must join us as a witness to his resurrection."

He who saw it has borne witness (his witness is true; God knows he is telling the truth), that you may believe.

Now the great mass of the Jews learned he was there, and they came not only on account of Jesus but to see Lazarus whom he had raised from the dead.

And John bore this testimony also: "I saw the Spirit descend like a dove from heaven and rest on him.
