who alone has immortality, who dwells in light that none can approach, whom no man has ever seen or can see. To him be honour and eternal dominion: Amen.

To the King of eternity, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory for ever and ever: Amen.

Nobody has ever seen God, but God has been unfolded by the divine One, the only Son, who lies upon the Father's breast.

Here is the message we learned from him and announce to you: 'God is light and in him there is no darkness, none.'

He is the likeness of the unseen God, born first before all the creation —

Not that anyone has seen the Father — he only, who is from God, he has seen the Father.

Night there shall be none; they need no lamp or sun to shine upon them, for the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign for ever and ever.

to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations for ever and ever: Amen.

and crying, "Even so! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honour and power and might be to our God for ever and ever: Amen!"

Jesus Christ is always the same, yesterday, to-day, and for ever.

And I heard a loud voice out of the throne, crying, "Lo, God's dwelling-place is with men, with men will he dwell; they shall be his people, and God will himself be with them:

Jesus said to him, "Philip, have I been with you all this time, and yet you do not understand me? He who has seen me has seen the Father. What do you mean by saying, 'Let us see the Father'?

"I am the alpha and the omega," saith the Lord God, who is and was and is coming, the almighty.

"Truly, truly I tell you," said Jesus, "I have existed before Abraham was born."

Glory to God our Father for ever and ever: Amen.

all we are given is good, and all our endowments are faultless, descending from above, from the Father of the heavenly lights, who knows no change of rising and setting, who casts no shadow on the earth.

but if we live and move within the light, as he is within the light, then we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from every sin.

God no one has ever seen; but if we love one another, then God remains within us, and love for him is complete in us.
