(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy Scriptures,)
In hope of eternal life, which Elohim, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:
But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to The Commandment of the everlasting Elohim, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:
But now the righteousness of Elohim without the Torah is manifested, being witnessed by the Torah and the prophets;
Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of Elohim.
To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of Elohim unto our fathers:
Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of YY by the prophet, saying,
And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,
