Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in Elohim: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

Who is among you that feareth YY , that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of YY , and stay upon his Elohim.

I remembered Elohim, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have Commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.

Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me.

I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.

Ye shall have a song, as in the night when a holy solemnity is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goeth with a pipe to come into the mountain of YY , to the mighty One of Yisrael.
