My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where is thy Elohim?

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is their Elohim? let him be known among the heathen in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed.

Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their Elohim?

Let the kohanim, the ministers of YY , weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O YY , and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their Elohim?

For I have eaten ashes like bread, and mingled my drink with weeping.

Thou feedest them with the bread of tears; and givest them tears to drink in great measure.

As with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where is thy Elohim?

Then she that is mine enemy shall see it, and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is YY thy Elohim? mine eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trodden down as the mire of the streets.

And render unto our neighbours sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O YY .

He trusted on YY that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in Elohim. Selah.

It may be that YY will look on mine affliction, and that YY will requite me good for his cursing this day.

Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before YY Elohim.

For who is there of all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living Elohim speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we have, and lived?

To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

Yea, the sparrow hath found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even thine altars, O YY -TZvaot, my King, and my Elohim.

I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
